Always available for any breakdowns and a quick action whenever the vending machines needed to be topped up, on top of the services booked. I have used Vitas Vending for the last 30 years in two different businesses. One of those being Orchard House Foods in Corby, the other being AMK Fresh. In that time I have received nothing but an impeccable level of service. The whole team from top to bottom are extremely helpful, polite & professional. Mark & Simon are experts in their field & will go to all lengths to ensure the customer is happy. On the occasion our company was bought out, they removed Vitas Vending to bring a national supplier in, as that was their preferred national contract company. From day one the service & relationship just wasn’t up to scratch & within 12 months they were removed from site & Vitas Vending were brought back in. I would not use any other company for vending services other than Vitas Vending.

Having dealt with Vitas Vending for approx. 20 years I can’t fault their service, from Directors to Office Staff to Engineers, the whole team are truly amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Call outs are same-day which works well for our Company. Their engineers are very knowledgeable and generally take the time to diagnose issues and discuss options, rather than a quick visit and trying to leave the premises without an update. I would not hesitate in recommending Vitas Vending due to their exceptional customer service, high range of product offering and overall, a seamless service.
