The wallpaper graphic system with LED backlight allows the machine to be transformed for different environments.
There are three standard wallpapers to choose from; Iconic, Cool Mono or Warm espresso.

Delivering the coffee shop experience
The Neo delivers a true coffee shop experience, consistently providing a broad range of beverages – everything from fresh leaf tea to continental coffee blends directly from the bean.
You are able to fully personalise your drink, altering the amount of milk / sugar and varying the strength of tea or coffee using the in-touch selection system.
The jug facility provides freshly prepared coffee and tea for those all important meetings.

Engage with your customer
Digital signage is a simple solution to catch the attention of the impulse buyer. This also engages with the customer and gives information about our products such as calorific and allergen content.
There are two media screen options: 10” or 15” to provide an alternative to the wallpaper graphic. This enhances the consumer experience with
video & image display. The display is easily updated via USB and can play .MP4 and .JPG files. Additional features can be added such as an RSS news feed and remote uploading.

Enhanced user experience with our technology.
Neo’s I-Detect system will ensure that a cup is dispensed every time or your money back! I-Detect also allows you to place your own cup which will automatically be detected.
The consumer experience is further enhanced with a large open serving area and LED backlight option, which displays the drink when it is prepared.
A Quick Code facility is included in order to provide the user with a unique code for their optimum beverage which can be entered using the Quick Code function.

Advanced Energy saving mode
The Neo machine incorporates the most advanced energy saving mode available. In-built learning technology monitors usage and automatically alters the shutdown or economy time periods.
Energy Learn uses the selection system to detect usage and Energy I-Detect uses an advanced movement sensor to detect a user on approach to the machine.
Neo was the first machine independently tested to the EVA-EMP standard; with just 86 WH per litre consumption.

Simplicity of design
Prepared to dispense different cup types, plastic, paper and even 12 oz take away style paper cups.
Neo is equipped to support various payment technologies including coins and cashless too.
The text alert* option will allow a real time reporting of machine issues, reducing down time and improving the customer experience.
